XBEL icon

It’s not a secret that XBEL file format has no established icon. Generally, there’s just no normal icon available at all.
So we decided to implement our own design and we encourage all software developers who work with XBEL to use it.

XBEL icon ICO file contains all necessary image formats (of course with alpha channel) as for Windows 2000\XP so for Windows Vista.
